La Gorce Residence

Architect Kobi Karp and Brazilian design house Artefacto worked on a newly built home on La Gorce Island that just hit the market last week for $38 million. The contemporary estate was designed to integrate nature and luxury living, featuring 11,000 square feet of living space, seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and two half baths, a media room, office, and a sixcar garage. The outdoor area features a pool and a Jacuzzi, a custom outdoor kitchen and a dock. The property also boasts a private beach, a twostory guest house, and a private garden with an outdoor living room and a gazebo. The interior of the home features Italian marble floors, custommade furniture, a chefs kitchen, and multiple fireplaces. The home also features smart technology and energyefficient materials.
